    SUNDAY MEDITATION CLASS
    at YogaKula Vienna

    Sundays Are For Wellness. What better day to slow down, tune in to yourself and calm your mind and body? Enjoy this hour of complete rest and recharge. Together we are going to retreat and explore deeply transformative practices.

    “We don’t meditate to get better at meditating, we meditate to get better at life.” Sharon Salzberg. Everything we’re going to practice on the mat will prepares us for daily life. Let’s start the new week balanced and connected with ourselves and others!

    In each class we are going to practice variety of mindfulness-based exercises and meditations:
    • Yin Yoga
    • Different meditation postures
    • Mindful movement (active meditations)
    • Gratitude
    • Self-compassion
    • Radical acceptance
    • Self-love
    • Variety of body-scans
    • Loving-kindness
    • …and many other

    Each class is designed as a sequence of active and still meditations that build upon each other, balance between doing and being. All techniques are simple, easy and can be integrated into everyday life. Looking forward to dive in the experience of meditation together!

    • SINGLE CLASS – 15 €

    Please arrive with time to change and relax before practice begins. Note that we lock the main front door when the class starts to avoid disruption and to allow the class to start on time.

    *Props to support your practice are included – chairs, blocks, bolsters and blankets.
    We recommend to bring your own mat, but of course we also have rental mats and provide disinfectant.
